- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I don't usually write reviews but the experience I had with the receptionists at Dr. Kerstin's office made me wish their ENTIRE system was automated. The last time I tried to schedule an appointment with Dr. Kersten's office in Newburyport the front desk staff were incredibly rude to me. I was on the phone for 14 minutes just trying to schedule one appointment. Every time I asked a question, mind you it was the same question asked four different times, they cut me off and put me on hold. Each time a new receptionist answered the phone with a snarky tone like I was bothering her. Cutting me off almost immediately, each time, they didn't even let me explain what was wrong- I was in pain and needed to see a doctor but their response was " I'm sorry your insurance won't cover another physical, *puts on hold*". It felt like getting their money was more important than my health. I will be switching primary care physicians because, I not only deserve to be treated better but, it's my right to.March 04, 2017by Shauna Riordan
